OUR MISSION AT IOWA VALUES IS TO SUPPORT AND HELP ELECT PRINCIPLED

IOWA LEADERS TO THE U.S. SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.

OUR APPROACH

Our approach is to engage in viable Congressional races by producing independent messaging and media that will inform voters of the transparent differences between the candidates running for those offices.

In particular, the 2014 midterm elections represent a critical opportunity for Iowans, and all Americans, to effectuate a desperately needed change in Washington, DC:   To end Sen. Harry Reid’s reign as Majority Leader, where he has effectively “killed” more than 350 bills and measures that were passed in the House of Representatives, the chamber that represents the purest form of the people’s representation at the Federal Level.

While America’s and Iowa’s representatives in Congress passed the would-be legislation – often with wide-ranging bipartisan, and even unanimous, support – Sen. Reid has stopped them for one reason only: they were not consistent with President Obama’s ideologically wrong agenda, or because they represented legislation that would interfere with his ongoing and expanding abuse of executive power.

THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO BREAK THE LOGJAM NOW: AMERICANS,
WITH THE HELP OF IOWA VOTERS, MUST ELECT A REPUBLICAN MAJORITY TO THE U.S. SENATE!

To that end, there is no better place to begin than in Iowa, where “Mother, Conservative and Soldier” State Sen. Joni Ernst is in a highly competitive dogfight with Rep. Bruce Braley, an ultra-liberal trial lawyer that votes lock-and-step with the Obama agenda, ranging from overreaching regulations that stifle small business to being among the first House members to vote for Obamacare. Braley’s record is clear; he has voted with Obama and Democrat House Leader Nancy Pelosi (Reid’s counterpart) more than 95% of the time!

Although President Obama’s approval rating in Iowa is well below 40%, Bruce Braley continues to consistently support Obama’s failed policies in nearly every area, including:

  • The economy, where the percentage of workforce participation is at its lowest point ever and nearly 50 million people are on food stamps
  • National, homeland and border security, where blatant acts of brutality and terrorism by radical Islamists are being swept under the proverbial rug and labeled “workplace violence”
  • Foreign policy, where the U.S. has lost moral clarity and consequently the respect of our detractors while having abandoned our free world allies
  • Energy policy (where the XL Keystone pipeline continues to be held up by the Obama administration), Joni Ernst’s opportunity to be the next U.S. Senator from Iowa is better than ever, and recent polling reflects just that, with Ms. Ernst holding narrow but consistent single-digit leads.
